Shipping

Crystal ITG is committed to deliver your Nexity™️ products as fast as possible. We know how much you desire to receive them, so, to thank you for your trust in us we do our best, even under uncertain conditions as those created by Covid-19. Anyway beware that:

  • Shipments will be made with an Independent Transport Agency (DHL, DPD, FedEx, TNT, UPS...).
  • The order processing happens within 2 working days from its input in our website (paper works, products safe-box preparation, courier scheduled pick-up).
  • If the product is not in stock, you will see it before closing the order. If you proceed with the payment you order will be anyway valid, but shipment will happen as soon as products reach our central warehouse. Indication of waiting time will be anyway given via additional email.
  • Deliveries will be realised from Monday to Friday (national holiday excluded).
  • escooters and other products will be shipped from different warehouses, so do not expect they will arrive together, even in case of 1 single transaction.
  • The delivery time depends mainly from final destination place. If your location is located far away from a big city centre or urban area or its population is less than 5.000 persons, the delivery time could be 2-3 days longer. Here below we add a schema of average days of delivery per country/continent served:

In order to have an exact idea of total working days needed for you to receive your Nexity ordered goods, just add to the above table shipment days the already mentioned 2 standard business days needed to process your order.

Tracking

Your city scooter delivery will be always given a tracking code allowing you to follow it on the provided link: these details will be sent to you with shipment confirmation email. Other products could not have tracking details, depending on the carrier: if they have you'll be given tracking details for them via email too

The transport agency will deliver from Monday to Friday, and will set a delivery time with the client before going.In case of disagreement with the transport agency, we suggest you contact us so we can help you with the issue management. Please write to support@nexityscooters.com.

Delivery dates will vary depending on the product, size and the location where the product has to be delivered. The products will be delivered within the agreed time unless the client requires the product to be handed in after the agreed date.

If you wish to modify your product delivery date, previous notification of at least the same number of days than the delivery time is required.

Refund

In some cases, for reasons beyond Crystal’s control, the product delivery could delay up to 20 working days on top of the declared shipment time within the order confirmation email. In this case, if no force majeure is incurred to delay the shipment, the buyer can cancel the order and get the amount of money paid back.

Failure to comply with the delivery will not be considered as such if it has been delayed willingly or if it has been impossible to contact the buyer by means of the data given by himself.
